SGMJob – Siva Group Manpower Job Services allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your SGMJob account and associated personal data:

1. Send an email to info@bookurservice.com.
2. Use the subject line Account Deletion Request – SGMJob.
3. Include your full name and the mobile number associated with your account.
4. Clearly state that you want your account and associated personal data deleted.

What Data Will Be Deleted

After your account deletion request is verified and approved, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, where applicable, including:

• User account information
• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Profile information
• Job application information
• Other personal information associated with your account

Data That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained for a limited period when necessary for:

• Legal and regulatory compliance
• Fraud prevention and security
• Resolving disputes
• Enforcing agreements
• Establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims

Any information retained for these purposes will be limited to what is necessary and will be deleted when the applicable retention period ends.

Processing Time

We will normally process verified account deletion requests within 30 days.

We may contact you to verify that the deletion request is legitimate before processing it.

After processing the request, we will confirm the deletion status using the contact information provided.
